Facilities for Mediations,
Arbitrations and Meetings...
The InfoTech Dispute Resolution Center provides a neutral
location including facilities (e.g., conference rooms)
to host the mediation or arbitration and the parties
at no extra charge. These proceedings may be conducted
at the InfoTech Dispute Resolution Center in the Canopy
Data Center Building shown below or at the Salt Lake
City offices of Parsons Behle & Latimer in the Utah
One Center shown below. These facilities may also be
used to host meetings concerning neutral assessments
or settlement conferences. If the mediation arbitration
or meeting is to be conducted at a location other than
these facilities, then the parties are responsible for
providing the facilities.
