Customized Testing…
The Center can work with the disputing parties and their
programmers, consultants, advisors, attorneys, mediators,
arbitrators and courts to design, plan and execute tests,
evaluations, and verifications that facilitate the resolution
of disputes relating to software or other information
technology assets. The tests, verifications or evaluations
will then be performed and an independent and objective
report of the results will be delivered to the disputing
parties, or to a mediator, arbitrator or court.
